Orientation Week - or O-Week - is the beginning of the University year, and the biggest and best chance to familiarise yourself with campus and university life. Attending O-Week will allow you to understand more about your degree and your faculty, as well as where and what everything is on campus.
While you don't have to show up there are many reasons why you should! Our friendly Yellow Shirt volunteers are on hand throughout the week to help you find your way and provide you with the most amazing week possible!
Yellow Shirts are student volunteers, all of whom have given up their time to help make your O-Week great. They run all the activities, have been thoroughly trained on the University, run the campus tours and are on hand during the week to answer any questions you have.
O-Week features a wide variety of activities including social and academic events, campus tours, free stuff, jumping castles and games galore. At night, there are also tonnes of exciting live acts; both comedic and musical. With faculty welcomes, skills workshops and over 200 clubs you can join thrown in just for good measure, O-Week has something for everyone.
So get involved, and game on!
